Philosophy

Our philosophy is twofold: regional and with refinement. The chief part of the ingredients for our menu is from regional production, in respect of the natural circles of mother earth.

Also the wine assortment we have chosen comes nearly exclusively from South Tyrol. Our region has so many awarded wines that it would be a scandal not to savour them.
